Morris, by Badgie Golf
AI Coaches
What an AI coach can and cannot do, and what a golf specialist adds.
A new kind of assistant texts you, runs errands and builds your training plan from your watch. Golf asks something those agents do not have: your rounds, your handicap, your swing on video, the Rules in their official text and a doctrine of one thing at a time. These pages say what a general agent does well, where it stops, and what a golf specialist adds, with Morris as the worked example and his limits written down.
Everything said here about another product comes from its own website or store listing, or from the press coverage named, with the date it was read, and nothing says another product is worse. The app comparisons are by the job you want done (distances, tracking, swing video, coaching), the Arccos page gives its own prices and claims, the AI caddie page lists what software can and cannot do on a course and what the Rules allow during a round.

Quick answers
- Can a general assistant coach my golf?
- It can explain golf well and write a plan from what you describe. It does not have your swing on video, your rounds or your handicap, and it quotes rules from memory. A golf agent is built around exactly those things.
- Is an AI caddie allowed in competition?
- Advice during a round is restricted by Rule 10.2 to your caddie and partner, and devices may give distance but not advice in play (Rule 4.3). Use it before and after the round.
- Is morris.golf connected to Meta, Instinct or Arccos?
- No. Morris is a product of Badgie, a Spanish company. The pages describe those products only from their own materials and the press, to help a golfer decide what each is for.
