Is it free?

Yes. Getting started is free, and right now Morris has no message limit: ask him anything you like.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Morris lives in WhatsApp. If you already use the Badgie Golf app, it's the same account and Morris sees your rounds.

What if Morris gets a Rule wrong?

That's why he never answers from memory: he looks the Rule up in the official Rules of Golf and gives you its number so you can check it. In competition you can ask him about the Rules but not for advice (which club, how to play the shot): Rule 10.2a penalises it, and Morris reminds you.

What does he do with my data?

In your space you see everything he remembers about you and can delete it whenever you like. If you want to leave, ask him to delete your data: he sends you a link and one tap erases your conversation, what Morris remembers about you and your sign-up. Federation passwords are stored encrypted and never go through the chat.

Does it work outside Spain?

Yes, with a WhatsApp number from any country, and he replies in the language you write in. For now, the federation he connects to is Spain's RFEG.
