Step by step
How it is played
Each player hits two shots, one ball is chosen, two shots are played from that spot, one ball is chosen again, and so on until the ball is holed (Committee Procedures, 9C).
Handicap
The terms of the competition set it.
WHS Appendix C gives no allowance for this format: there is no recommended or usual percentage, and the one for a similar format does not carry over. If the terms of the competition do not say, the Committee decides.

Organise it with MorrisBasis in the Rules
Not a form of play of its own in the Rules: Rule 21.5 lets them be adapted and the R&A describes it in its Committee Procedures (Section 9C). Whatever that does not cover is set by the terms of the competition.
