Your post-shot routine
Bank the good, drop the bad. Then it's over.
Why
Almost nobody has a POST-shot routine, and sometimes it matters more than the one before. Three steps. 1) Internalize the good ones: own the good shot (a small fist pump, a 'great shot' to yourself). Most players never credit their hits but hammer themselves for misses. Build your library of good memories. 2) Objectify the bad ones: no drama — ask 'could I have done anything differently?' and check three buckets: strategic (wrong target or club?), mental (was I committed?) and ball flight (contact, face, path?).
