Card 38 of 41
What to think about during the swing
One external thought, not five.
Why
We're taught to think about the body: head still, hands here, rotate! The problem is that playing 'golf swing' isn't playing golf. There are three focuses. Internal: on the movement (what arms and wrists do). External: outside the body (striking a spot on the face, brushing a blade in front of the ball, seeing the trajectory).
