Commit to having fun

You don't make a living at this: golf is recreational — an activity done for enjoyment. Sounds obvious, but almost all of us let the score decide whether we had fun, and playing only for the result is a recipe for frustration. Where's the fun in that? My number one piece of advice: decide you'll treat golf as playful, no matter what.
