Card 13 of 41
You almost always come up short
Take one more club — you miss short.
Why
Write it down: most shots that miss the green come up short, almost never long. And many miss on the 'short side' — the edge of the green nearest the flag, where you have no room to work. Why does it happen? You overestimate how far you hit each club, it's far easier to hit it soft than to fly it over, and you rarely subtract for wind or slope.
