Stop comparing yourself to TV

TV misleads you. What you see is a highlight reel of the best shots from the best players that week, not how a pro really plays 18 holes. That's why you get angry over shots that are actually good. Internalize these four numbers and you'll play calmer: from 100-125 yards in the fairway, the best player on tour leaves the ball around 20 feet from the pin (median ~20 ft, not inside 10); from the trees, pros make bogey 80% of the time; from 8 feet, a pro holes just 50%; and birdies are rare —most come on par 5s (2021 PGA averages: par 3 = 3.08, par 4 = 4.05, par 5 = 4.63).
