Experiment like a kid

As a kid you spent hours 'playing' with weird shots: huge hooks, low runners, inventions. Without knowing it, you were building skill. As adults we lose that instinct, and that's a mistake. Experimenting checks three boxes at once: it builds skill (not technique), gives each ball meaning and adds variability. And almost nobody practices it.
